1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at fuentefunding.com or freddiefunds.com (the "Site"), submitting a loan scenario, or utilizing any services provided by Fuente Funding Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Business Purpose Loans & Licensing
Fuente Funding Inc. operates as a licensed mortgage broker and private lender under California Department of Real Estate (DRE) License #02212119 and NMLS #2471536. Loans originated, brokered, or arranged are strictly for business or commercial investment purposes (such as fix-and-flip, bridge financing, ground-up construction, and DSCR rental properties) and are not intended for personal, family, or household use.
3. Pre-Qualification is Not a Commitment to Fund
Any scenario submission, rate quote, pre-qualification assessment, or preliminary term sheet provided through the Site or by our loan officers is an estimate based on information supplied by the user. It does not constitute a loan approval, formal commitment to lend, or rate lock. Final loan approvals are contingent upon satisfactory underwriting review, asset valuation, title clearance, and execution of definitive loan documentation.
4. User Representations & Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information, contact details, and financial/property data submitted through our forms are accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false or misleading information in connection with a loan application is a violation of these terms and applicable state and federal law.
5. Communications & Consent
By providing your phone number and email address on our website, you expressly authorize Fuente Funding Inc. and its representatives to contact you via telephone call, email, and SMS text message regarding your inquiry, active deal scenarios, and relevant loan updates. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP.
